Same as last week! Next week, I’m determined to go under 85 kgs. I won’t let the scales bet me.
I really liked how you were thinking in your last post – well done.
My thing is to write the next kg down (eg current weight -1) on my hand, on the fridge, over the stove etc so I remember what I want more than what I’m about to stuff into my gob.
