I’m awfully tired today, was going to do a workout tonight but I think I’ll have a rest day instead.
Get this: yesterday I flicked through the Herald Sun and read an article on a “new” diet book coming out. The author actually said that if losing weight was as easy as cutting calories and doing more exercise we’d all be thin! WTF! Of course overweight is caused by environmental toxins and lack of sleep. That family sized pizza isn’t hurting at all.
They did recommend eating healthy food in moderate portions. Ummm, it’s that cutting back calories? It amazes me how people promote diets that “don’t involve cutting calories” then espouse some low calorie eating scheme. Just because you don’t count them, doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
